Today’s class involved student presentations on the progress of Project-2. These updates included an overview of project goals, chosen methodologies, initial data insights, and current challenges. After each presentation, the class and the professor provided feedback and posed questions, prompting thoughtful discussion and critique. This interaction not only offered helpful suggestions to the presenters but also gave the rest of us valuable insights to strengthen our own project development.
Week-7
This was the first class after spring break, and we returned with renewed focus. The session centered on beginning Project-2, particularly the selection and assessment of appropriate datasets. We engaged in a meaningful discussion on various potential data sources, evaluating their quality, relevance, accessibility, and suitability for analysis. Our group shared initial ideas about the datasets we were considering, and we received constructive feedback from both the professor and classmates to guide our decision-making process.
Week-6
In this session, we revisited the development of Project-1 and critically analyzed the issues encountered during its creation. Each group shared the difficulties they faced, such as problems with data accuracy, research constraints, or flaws in their methodology. Our group contributed by discussing our observations and presenting our approach to the professor and classmates. We emphasized the areas needing improvement and explained the reasoning behind our project design. The professor’s feedback shed light on key elements we had previously missed, helping us understand how to enhance our work moving forward.
